1-AL Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment is recommended.

If you miss a dose of 1-AL Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Consult your doctor if not sure.| How long does it take for 1-AL Tablet to work?::: 1-AL Tablet starts working and showing improvement within an hour of taking it. However, it may take a little longer to notice the full benefits.| Can I take 1-AL Tablet and fexofenadine together?::: Sometimes the doctor may advise you to take two different antihistamines together if you are being treated for a severe itchy rash. If you are taking 1-AL Tablet during the daytime, your doctor may prescribe another antihistamine for the night, which causes sleepiness, especially if the itch makes it difficult for you to sleep.| Is it safe to take 1-AL Tablet for a long time?::: 1-AL Tablet is safe if used as prescribed by your doctor. Moreover, it is unlikely to harm you if you take it for a long time. But, it is best to take 1-AL Tablet for only as long as you need it.| For how long should I continue 1-AL Tablet?::: The duration for which the medicine needs to be taken depends on the problem being treated. For instance, if you are taking it for an insect bite, you may need it for a day or two. -Mirtazapine (Oral Route): Moderate

Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration or alertness until you know how the medicines affect you. Concurrent use may increase sleepiness.

| -Thalidomide (Oral Route): Moderate

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of Thalidomide side effects such as drowsiness, excessive sedation, tiredness, dizziness or slurred speech and consult your doctor if you experience them. It is advised to avoid driving or undertaking other tasks requiring skill and alertness. Concurrent use may cause increased sleepiness.

| -Dalteparin (Injection Route): Moderate

Your doctor may frequently monitor your blood clotting time. Levocetirizine may reduce the efficacy of Dalteparin.

| -Tranylcypromine (Oral Route): Moderate

Do not take Tranylcypromine with Levocetirizine. If concurrent use is essential, talk to your doctor. Concurrent use may cause fever, flushing, sweating, unconsciousness, and high blood pressure.

| -Betahistine (Oral Route): Mild

Take Levocetirizine with Betahistine only if prescribed by your doctor. Levocetirizine may block the action of Betahistine.
