In Treatment of Bacterial infections 3G 1.5 Injection contains two different medicines, Cefoperazone and Sulbactum, that work together to kill the bacteria that cause infections. Cefoperazone works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Sulbactam reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefoperazone against bacteria.\u003cbr>\u003cbr>3G 1.5 Injection can be used to treat many different bacterial infections such as ear, sinus, throat, lung, urinary tract, skin and soft tissues. This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

- Alcohol : UNSAFE

Consumption of alcohol with 3G 1.5 Injection may cause a disulfiram-like reaction, leading to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, low blood pressure, nausea, lightheadedness, and severe headache. | - Pregnancy : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

3G 1.5 Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies do not indicate harmful effects. However, there are limited human studies. | - Breast feeding : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

What is 3G 1.5 Injection?::: 3G 1.5 Injection is a combination of two medicines: Cefoperazone and Sulbactam. Cefoperazone is an antibiotic which works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Sulbactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefoperazone against bacteria.| How long does 3G 1.5 Injection takes to work?::: Usually, 3G 1.5 Injection starts working soon after taking it. However, it may take some days to kill all the harmful bacteria and make you feel better.| What if I don't get better after using 3G 1.5 Injection?::: Inform your doctor if you don't feel better after finishing the full course of treatment. Also, inform him if your symptoms are getting worse while using this medicine.
