It can also be used to treat itchy skin rashes (wheals or urticaria).| How fast does 40 Tablet work?::: The effects of this medicine may be noticed as early as one hour after taking and last approximately 24 hours.| How much 40 Tablet can you take?::: The recommended dose of this medication is 1 tablet (20 mg) taken by mouth, once a day. It should be taken with water on an empty stomach; one hour before eating or two hours after eating for the best effect. Do not self-medicate and always consult your doctor. He/she will decide the dose based on your condition.| Can I take antacids while taking 40 Tablet?::: It is advisable to avoid taking antacids 30 minutes before or after taking this medicine. It can make it harder for your body to absorb this medicine.| I am experiencing a headache, is it because of 40 Tablet?::: Yes, headache is a common side-effect of this medicine. Take rest, drink plenty of water and ask your doctor to recommend a suitable painkiller.
