It is an effective medicine but you should discuss the side effects and benefits of this medicine with your doctor. Let your doctor know if any of the side effects bothers you.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. 6 TG 40mg Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.After high-dose chemotherapy with 6 TG 40mg Tablet, it might be possible to breastfeed safely (approximately after 4 days). | - Driving : SAFE
6 TG 40mg Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive. | - Kidney : CAUTION
6 TG 40mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. | - Liver : CAUTION
6 TG 40mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.This medicine is not recommended for long term use as it make cause liver toxicity.
If you miss a dose of 6 TG 40mg Tablet, contact your doctor as soon as possible. They will advise you on how to proceed, which may include rescheduling the missed dose.
6 TG 40mg Tablet interferes with the growth of DNA and RNA of the cancer cells by substituting their building blocks. It prevents the cancer cells from growing and multiplying.
-Busulfan (Oral Route): Moderate
If concurrent use is essential, close monitoring is required.
