You should inform your doctor immediately if you notice any infection or fever, unexpected bruising or bleeding, black tarry stools, or blood in the urine or stools. Let your doctor know if you notice any new skin sore or lump, new marks on the skin, or any change in the marks that were previously present.| Do I need any special tests while I am on A Pin 50mg Tablet?::: A Pin 50mg Tablet reduces the production of white blood cells, making you more vulnerable to infections, and can sometimes affect the liver. These side effects can be monitored by regular blood tests. Therefore, during the first 8 weeks of the treatment, your doctor may recommend weekly blood tests to monitor complete blood counts, including platelet counts. Tell your doctor immediately if you notice any changes in your skin or any lumps or masses anywhere on your body.

Do not consume Azathioprine from 1 day before until 1 day after taking Sargramostim. Please consult your doctor. Concurrent use may cause a decrease in the ability of the bone marrow to produce blood cells.

| -Lenograstim (Injection Route): Life-threatening

Do not consume Lenograstim from 24 hours before until 24 hours after undergoing cytotoxic chemotherapy. Concurrent use may cause a decrease in the ability of the bone marrow to produce blood cells.

| -Leflunomide (Oral Route): Severe

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Concurrent use may increase the risk of damage to the liver and blood cells.

| -Filgrastim (Injection Route): Severe

Do not consume Filgrastim from 24 hours before and until 24 hours after taking Azathioprine. Concurrent use may cause a decrease in the ability of the bone marrow to produce blood cells.
