It can also be used to treat itchy skin rashes (wheals or urticaria).| How fast does Aadhist 20mg Tablet work?::: The effects of this medicine may be noticed as early as one hour after taking and last approximately 24 hours.| How much Aadhist 20mg Tablet can you take?::: The recommended dose of this medication is 1 tablet (20 mg) taken by mouth, once a day. It should be taken with water on an empty stomach; one hour before eating or two hours after eating for the best effect. Do not self-medicate and always consult your doctor. He/she will decide the dose based on your condition.| Can I take antacids while taking Aadhist 20mg Tablet?::: It is advisable to avoid taking antacids 30 minutes before or after taking this medicine.
